Warranty Guidelines for Reany Bikes
These guidelines outline the implementation of our warranty policy. In case of any inconsistencies, the New Vehicle Limited Warranty Policy will take precedence.
Since these guidelines cover all our products, some sections may apply specifically to e-bikes or other items.
Limited warranty content

Warranty exlusion Clauses
- Normal wear or tears
- Brake pads
- Trestle
- Tires and tubes
- Disc rotor
- Brake mineral oil
- Pedals
- Bearings
- Bells
- Chains
- Chainrings
- Freewheels
- Deraileur
- Saddle surface scratch
- Cosmetic abnormal scratches
- Battery need under a regular maintenance, ebike long time not in use battery need to keep charge for at least every 3months, to make sure the battery not in a long period low running so make it complete die, in this situation if customer not followed
- Battery can't be impact or drop to cause irreversible damage or complete functional failure, customer need responsible in this condition
- Battery need to store or use under certain environment, use a not REANY standard charger to charge the battery may cause high voltage to damage the cells, use or charge out of a temperature -5℃~45℃ or close to fire,hazads chemicals may caused the battery damges, customer need response for this condition
- Customer labor cost, unless indicated by REANY service team, those customer replace or repair component or failure caused labor or component cost
- Improper assembly or not follow REANY's instructions to cause failure
- Use the charger that is not approved by REANY to cause damage to the battery or system
- Use wrong part or not approved by REANY to cause damage to the complete bike
- Use improper peripheral equipment causes complete bike failure
- Use the ebike under extrem mountain terrain, or abviously not suit for city bike riding trails, like claiming or down the stage steps
- Over loading use beyond the design limit
- Stunts to cause damage
- Improper DIY
- Corrision or rusty due to improper storage or maintenance
- Store in wet environment or under rainy or high salty places
- Damages due to improper maintenance or change or repair
- Water flush casues electric part damages
- Longterm water not cleaned to cause rusty or corrosion
- Lack of maintenance of the brakes
- Use parts or components, accossesories not fit or approved from REANY's team
- Damages or failures due to accidents or improper use
- F/W change not approved by REANY's team caused failure
- Damage caused by natural or uncontrollable factors, such as lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc
- Electric parts exchanged not allowed from REANY's official channel or the electric parts not originally produced
