If your order arrives damaged, please contact help@reanybike.com immediately to report the issue. Be sure to include clear images of the damage to help our support team assess the situation.
- If the issue can be resolved by replacing components, we will provide the necessary parts.
- If the problem cannot be fixed with a replacement, our service team will evaluate whether a Dead on Arrival (DOA) return is necessary.
Any costs related to a Dead on Arival return will be fully covered by Reany, and customers will not be responsible for any expenses. Pls note that all damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
