How to Return Your Order

If your order has already shipped or has arrived, a return must be arranged and sent back to our warehouse.

Returning a Reany e-bike

You may return your bike within 14 days if it is unused, unassembled, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

How to return

• Request a Return Code:
  • Contact support@reanybikes.com before initiating the return.
  • Provide your purchase receipt to begin the return process.
  • You will receive an Unconditional Return (UR) Code (e.g., UR001).
• Prepare the Return Package:
  • Ensure the bike is packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 14 days to facilitate returns.
  • If you no longer have the box, you can request a new one for €79.
• Return Fees & Deductions:
  • €149 per bike will be deducted for inspection, adjustments, and repackaging.
  • If the return is outside the 14-day window or the odometer exceeds 100 km, an additional 10% of the MSRP will be deducted for depreciation.
  • If the bike is returned in brand-new condition, no additional deductions apply.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

    • Shipping the Return:
      • Follow Reany’s packaging guidelines to avoid shipping damage.
      • Take photos of the packaged bike and send them to the service team for confirmation before shipping.
      • Clearly mark the Return Code on the outer box. Returns without a visible Return Code may be delayed or incur additional charges

      Battery returns notes

    • Contact help@reanybike.com before returning a battery.
    • Batteries cannot be shipped via DHL—please check with our service team for alternative shipping options.
    • Discharge the battery to 30%-60% before returning.
    • Return shipping costs for batteries must be paid by the customer.
    • Ensure the Return Code is clearly marked on the package to avoid processing delays.

      Refund & Return Policy

    • Unconditional returns may be subject to deductions. Reany will confirm the deduction details with the customer before processing.
    • DOA (Dead on Arrival) returns are typically free of charge. However, customers must follow Reany’s packaging guidelines to prevent shipping damage. If damage occurs during return shipping, a reasonable repair fee will be deducted.
    • Once Reany’s service team receives and inspects the returned eBike, the refund process will begin. If no additional issues are found, the refund will be issued within 10 working days.
    • Return costs will be calculated based on the Return Code. A detailed cost breakdown will be provided to the customer before finalizing the refund. If the insurance coverage is insufficient, the remaining amount will be deducted from the eBike refund.
