If you’d like to cancel your order, please first check its shipping status on the order status page in your customer portal.
- If your order has NOT shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by filling out the cancellation form in your customer portal.
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and it will be processed as a return instead. Please refer to the "How do I return my order?" section below.
Once you submit the cancellation form, our team will process your request within 5 business days. After confirmation, the refund may take up to 14 days to be credited back to your original payment method.
