How to Change the Delivery Address of Your Order?
- If your order has not left our warehouse (no tracking link on your order status page), we can still update your delivery address. Please contact our team as quickly as possible to make the change.
- If your order has left our warehouse (you see a tracking link on your order status page), it is no longer possible to change the address on our side. In this case, please contact the delivery partner directly to request the address change.
How can I change my bike's model/colour (SKU)?
It is fine if you change your mind and want another bike model or colour. The process will be different depending if the order was shipped or not:
If your order has not left our warehouse (this means that you still don't see a tracking link on your order status page), you can open your customer portal and request that your order be canceled. Then, you can order the correct model on our website.
If your order has left our warehouse (this means that you see a tracking link on your order status page), it is not possible to change the model or colour of your bike anymore.
In this case, you can either accept the bike you ordered or contact the team to request to return this bike and reorder the other model/colour you wanted. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs will be charged in case of a return.
How can I add or remove items from my order?
If you would like to remove items from your order, please contact the team as soon as possible to prevent your order from being shipped.
If you want to add items to your order, we suggest placing a new order on our webshop.
How can I change the payment method of my order?
Unfortunately, once a payment method has been chosen and used, it cannot be changed. If you need to change the method, you must cancel your order before it is shipped. You will then be able to place a new order once you have been refunded for the first order you placed.
