- Download Your Invoice
You will receive your invoice in the confirmation email when placing an order. If you need another copy, you can access it anytime through your customer portal. Simply enter the email address used for your order, request a login code via email, and sign in. Once logged in, you'll have access to all your invoices.
- Invoice Changes
Some details on your invoice can be updated, while others cannot.
- What We Can Change:
- Add your VAT number if missing
- Include a comment (e.g., bike serial number)
- Add the delivery date
- Update invoice after order changes (e.g., model or price adjustments)
- Change the bill-to name
- Update the billing address (within the same country, except for US orders)
- Translate your invoice into another language
- Add a Reany stamp and/or signature
To request these changes, simply fill out the form in your customer portal, and our Finance Team will assist you
- What We Cannot Change:
- Ship-to information (name and address)
- Billing address if the new address is in a different country (or a different state in the US)
- Item details or price unless there’s clear proof of an order change
- Invoice issue date
- Invoice for Leasing
If you purchase your bike through a leasing scheme, your invoice will be provided directly by your leasing/cycle scheme partner, as they are the official purchaser of the bike.
